泰国法律未要求书面劳动合同必须以泰语起草。但,合同的有效性取决于双方对条款的理解和对泰国法律的遵守。

关于流利要求:用人单位和劳动者都应该完全理解劳动合同中使用的语言文字。如果任何一方后来声称他们不理解劳动合同的内容,可能会导致法律纠纷。

If discrepancies arise between the two versions, the Thai version will usually take precedence in Thai courts.
